Artificial intelligence has enormous potential and real pitfalls. The project's aim is to unlock as much of that potential as responsibly as possible and ensure all municipalities benefit.

About the project

AI in Case Processing is a project where the municipalities of Kongsvinger, Stange and Ringsaker, together with Indigo IKT and the vendor Intric AB, work to determine how artificial intelligence can contribute to streamlining case processing in Norwegian municipalities in a safe and sustainable way.

Phase 1: Vendor dialogue and procurement (April 2024 – March 2025)

Phase 2: Overall process mapping and prioritisation (June – October 2025)

Phase 3: Ongoing prioritisation, piloting, best practices, implementation and sharing (November 2025 – April 2027)
